One row per note, directive or highlighted passage, pulled from your reMarkable. Every row is read back before it counts.

The agent follows six rules every time it files:
folder/document/p<page>#<n>, numbering items on a page from 1 in reading order.<aside>
ROUTING.md, pointing at your database. Nothing else in the install changes.</aside>

Why the read-back? A write that reports success is not proof that a row exists. The agent counts what it can read back by key — not what it sent — and tells you the difference. That one check is what makes this an endpoint rather than a hope.

Notion is one option. Any system can be an endpoint — a folder of markdown files, an Obsidian vault, a spreadsheet — as long as it holds one record per item, carries the key, and can be asked for a record by that key. Change the two lines at the top of ROUTING.md and keep the six rules.
